A light and tasty corn, pea and bean salad.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Mexicorn, drained
- 2 (!5 ounce) cans green peas, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dresing
- Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl. Add the dressing and chill for a few hours.
