Vegetable Pizza will become the hit of your next party.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1, 8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • pinch garlic powder

Directions

  1. Spread crescent rolls in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool.
  2. Combine cream cheese, mayonaise and garlic powder. Spread evenly on crescent roll crust. Sprinkle with vegetables. Top with cheese. Cut into squares.
