Use this Vegetable Dip for fresh raw vegetables or spoon some on a hot baked potato for a special treat.
Ingredients
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white horseradish
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 medium clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
