A simple veal with wine sauce dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound veal, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine

Directions

  1. Dredge the veal in the flour, brown in the margarine in a skillet. Pour in the wine. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
