Smooth and creamy vanilla, peanut butter, banana and soy smoothie.


  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, vanilla-flavored if desired
  • 1/4 cup vanilla syrup
  • 1 banana, peeled and broken into pieces


  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
