Vanilla and almond fudge.
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped almonds, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter.
- Mix together the chips and milk in a saucepan. Heat over low until smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the almonds and vanilla extract.
- Pour into the prepared pan and chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
