A quick and simple dessert for unexpected guests or a last minute sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 (4-serving) box vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 cups cubes of pound cake or another cake
Fresh berries of your choice
Whipped cream

Directions

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using the milk.
When pudding is set, layer pudding, cake and berries in tall glasses or in dessert dishes.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
