The Uppin' the Ante Cocktail is a smooth and spicy combination of rich flavors. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a brandied cherry or a slice of pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Jamaican rum
- 3/4 ounce Calvados
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- Bar Spoon of pineapple syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
Directions
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass; serve immediately.
