The Uppin' the Ante Cocktail is a smooth and spicy combination of rich flavors. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a brandied cherry or a slice of pineapple.


  • 1-1/2 ounces Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 ounce Calvados
  • 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
  • Bar Spoon of pineapple syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters


  1. Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass; serve immediately.
