Quick and easy tuna sandwich with pineapple and water chestnuts.
- 1 (6 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup drained water chestnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices whole-wheat bread
- Combine everything but the bread and mix well. Spread on two slices of bread and top with the other slices.
