Umbrella Drink Spritz

Directions

1. Beat sugar, butter, egg, salt, and rum flavoring at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl often, until fluffy.
2. Add flour and beat on low speed until well mixed, scraping bowl.
3. Cover and chill until firm enough to form cookies.
4. Using cookie press, shape 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 400F or until edges are slightly browned.
