Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
- Beat sugar, butter, egg, salt, and rum flavoring at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl often, until fluffy.
- Add flour and beat on low speed until well mixed, scraping bowl.
- Cover and chill until firm enough to form cookies.
- Using cookie press, shape 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 400F or until edges are slightly browned.
