This Ultimate Vegetable Dip is great for all kinds of fresh vegetables. Don't forget fresh zucchini strips, raw mushrooms and cauliflower florets.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 thick slice of onion
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until sauce is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
