Double pie crust recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup solid shortening
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup ice water
Directions
- Mix together the salt and flour. Use a fork to add small amounts of the butter and shortening to the dry mixture. Use ice water to moisten the dough.
- Shape into two balls and wrap with wax paper. Refrigerate until ready to roll.
