Cheesy twice baked potato appetizer and side dish.
- 4 baked potatoes
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Bake the potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside of the potato, leaving the shell intact.
- Whip the potato meat with the margarine and milk. Scoop back into the potato shells and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
