Cheesy twice baked potato appetizer and side dish.


  • 4 baked potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese


  1. Bake the potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside of the potato, leaving the shell intact.
  2. Whip the potato meat with the margarine and milk. Scoop back into the potato shells and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
