Salsa topped turkey burger dinner.
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 (16 ounce) jar hot chipotle sauce
- 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- Sesame seed hamburger buns
- Mix together the turkey and 1 cup of salsa. Form into 8 patties.
- Broil for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Add a slice of cheese and continue heating until melted.
- To serve, add a heaping tablespoon of salsa on top and serve on a bun.
