Turkey and vegetables dinner

Take the hassle out of making dinner with turkey breast and vegetables simmered in the slow cooker.


  • 4 carrots, cut in half
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into eight pieces
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 pounds turkey breast
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Combine vegetables and broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Put turkey on top and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on low for ten to 12 hours.
