Take the hassle out of making dinner with turkey breast and vegetables simmered in the slow cooker.
- 4 carrots, cut in half
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into eight pieces
- 2 celery stalks, cut into one-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 pounds turkey breast
- Salt and pepper
- Combine vegetables and broth in the slow cooker.
- Put turkey on top and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for ten to 12 hours.
