Slow cooked turkey and vegetable soup.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds turkey, cooked and drained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) package mixed frozen vegetables
- 1/2 cup uncooked barley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
