Slow cooked turkey and vegetable soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey, cooked and drained
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) package mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 cup uncooked barley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
