A change from using noodles, try rice instead.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced pimiento
- 1 large can peas, drained
Directions
- In a skillet saute onion in oil from the can of tuna.
- When onion is tender add rice, soup, cream, poultry seasoning and pimiento.
- Mix until well blended.
- Gently mix in peas and tuna.
- Pour into a casserol dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
