Tuna Rice Casserole

A change from using noodles, try rice instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced pimiento
  • 1 large can peas, drained

Directions

  1. In a skillet saute onion in oil from the can of tuna.
  2. When onion is tender add rice, soup, cream, poultry seasoning and pimiento.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Gently mix in peas and tuna.
  5. Pour into a casserol dish.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
