Find a fish mold and try this unusual appetizer.  Tuna Mold can be decorated with olives for the eyes and slivered almonds for the scales.  Don't be a chicken,  try it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • black olives, slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Mix ingredients together and put into a greased fish mold overnight.
  2. Remove from mold and garnish. Olives for eyes and almonds for the scales.
