This tuna melt calzone is a hearty and filling lunch or a simple, quick supper.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

Directions

  1. Combine Bisquick, water, and oil to form a dough.
  2. Roll dough on floured surface and need 10 times.
  3. Form a12-inch circle on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Stir together tuna, cheese, tomato, onion, and celery in a small bowl.
  5. Spoon tuna mix on 1/2 of circle and spread within 1-inch of the edge.
  6. Fold the other half of the circle over tuna mixture and seal edge using a fork.
  7. Smooth milk over calzone.
  8. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
