A crunchy delight, Tuna Jackstraws are fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1, 7 1/2 ounce can tuna, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 large can shoestring potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon peas
  • 2 tablespoons pimento

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Spoon into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
