Tuna and vegetables salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tuna fish, shredded
  • 1/3 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Stir together the tuna, nuts, eggs, pickles, celery and cabbage. Season with the salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in the mayonnaise and mustard and top with the paprika. Serve over lettuce or as a sandwich.
