Tuna and vegetables salad recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup tuna fish, shredded
- 1/3 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle, chopped
- 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Stir together the tuna, nuts, eggs, pickles, celery and cabbage. Season with the salt and pepper.
- Fold in the mayonnaise and mustard and top with the paprika. Serve over lettuce or as a sandwich.
