A combination of tuna and water chestnuts with lemon. Serve on a bed of mixed greens.
- 2 cans tuna, drained and finely flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine tuna and water chestnuts in a medium bowl.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stir mixture until well blended.
- Chill and serve.
