Tuna Corn Chowder

A delicious soup that will fill you up on a cold winter day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and flake with a fork.
  2. Combine soup, milk, butter, onion, bay leaf and pepper in a pan.
  3. Heat until well combined.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add corn and turna.
  6. Heat until just a rolling boil.
  7. Remove bay leaf.
  8. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
