A delicious soup that will fill you up on a cold winter day.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Drain tuna and flake with a fork.
- Combine soup, milk, butter, onion, bay leaf and pepper in a pan.
- Heat until well combined.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add corn and turna.
- Heat until just a rolling boil.
- Remove bay leaf.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
