Serve this dish with a green salad with a vinaigrette dressing.
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can peas, drained
- 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- Sprinkle noodles on a platter.
- In a saucepan combine tuna, soup and drained peas.
- Stir together and heat thoroughly.
- Pour over noodles.
- Garnish with hard cooked egg slices.
