Baked tuna casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) can of tuna
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, separated

Directions

  1. Combine the tuna, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
  2. Simmer the bread crumbs and milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the egg yolks in to the fish mixture, mix well. Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold in.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, top with the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes.
