Baked tuna casserole dish.
Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can of tuna
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, separated
Directions
- Combine the tuna, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
- Simmer the bread crumbs and milk for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg yolks in to the fish mixture, mix well. Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold in.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, top with the bread crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes.
