Slow cooker tuna and spinach dish.
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 cup crushed seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Mix together everything but the cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add in the cheese, cover, cook for 20 more minutes.
