Fish fillets covered in almond slices

Ingredients

  • 2 trout fillets
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Bake almonds on an ungreased cookie sheet for 4 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees, then set aside.
  2. Put fish on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Mix together the almonds, butter and parsley.
  4. Use a spoon and sprinkle mixture over the fish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
