Fish fillets covered in almond slices
- 2 trout fillets
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Bake almonds on an ungreased cookie sheet for 4 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees, then set aside.
- Put fish on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Mix together the almonds, butter and parsley.
- Use a spoon and sprinkle mixture over the fish.
