When you want something besides can on your pasta, try throwing this together.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook toamtoes for 10 minutes and strain to remove seeds.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Add hot strained tomatoes and seasonings.
  5. Cook until suace thickens.
