This exotic Martinique and Demerara rum-based cocktail has a smooth, almost creamy and frothy consistency despite its bold and intense flavors of sweet, tart and smoky richness.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 1-1/2 ounces amber Martinique rum
- 1/2 ounce Demerara rum
- dash Angostura
- 1/4 ounce Falernum
- 1/4 ounce pimento liqueur
- 6 ounces crushed ice (about 3/4 cup)
- 3 cocktail cherries speared to a pineapple stick to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish, into a blender and process for no more than 5 seconds to combine.
