This light and fruity punch cocktail will take the edge off a long, hard day at the office.


  • 2 ounces Gran Sierpe Pisco
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • 3/4 ounce ginger syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Orange peel curl to garnish


  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then drain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with the orange peel and serve immediately.
