This mixed drink is a unique cocktail, created by simply blending Scotch whiskey with ginger wine. Make sure to use good-quality scotch otherwise the cocktail’s taste will suffer greatly.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Scotch whisky
- 1-1/2 ounces ginger wine
Directions
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Fill the chilled glass with ice cubes and then add the scotch and the ginger wine. Slowly stir the mixture for 20 seconds and then serve immediately.
