An incredibly smooth and well-balanced mixed drink made with Licor 43; a vibrant yellow Spanish liqueur made from 43 different ingredients including citrus and fruit juices, vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices.

Ingredients

1-1/2 ounces rye whiskey
3/4 ounce Licor 43
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
Soda Water

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the soda water, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 35 seconds.
Open the shaker, fill with ice and then shake once again for 35 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, top with the soda water and then serve immediately.
