This champagne cocktail is made with a unique twist; vodka and absinthe are added to the beverage to create a multi-dimensional blend of flavors.
Ingredients
- Champagne, chilled
- 1/2 to 1 ounce vodka
- 1/8 to 1/4th of an ounce green Chartreuse
- a few drops absinthe
- Sugar cube
Directions
- Place the sugar cube and the green Chartreuse in a cocktail flute. Add a few drops of absinthe and then pour in the vodka. Fill the flute with the chilled champagne and then serve immediately.
