The Kingston Sour Cocktail is made with green Chartreuse, fresh lime juice, depaz syrup and Coruba; a rich New Zealand brand of rum.
- 1 ounce Coruba
- 1 ounce green Chartreuse
- 1/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce depaz syrup
- 1 egg white
- Shaved coffee bean to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 45 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some shaved coffee bean and then serve immediately.
