The Kingston Sour Cocktail is made with green Chartreuse, fresh lime juice, depaz syrup and Coruba; a rich New Zealand brand of rum.


  • 1 ounce Coruba
  • 1 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce depaz syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Shaved coffee bean to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 45 seconds to combine.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some shaved coffee bean and then serve immediately.
