Cachaca, pronounced ‘ka-SHAH-suh,’ has a slightly sweet taste that is interwoven with hints of somewhat smoky, vegetal and rich flavor.


  • 2 ounces Cachaca
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 3 cucumber wheels
  • 1 jalapeno slice


  1. Place the cumber wheels, jalapeño and ginger syrup into a glass and muddle together.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and then add the Cachaca and lime juice. Stir briefly to combine and then serve immediately.
