Cachaca, pronounced ‘ka-SHAH-suh,’ has a slightly sweet taste that is interwoven with hints of somewhat smoky, vegetal and rich flavor.
- 2 ounces Cachaca
- 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
- 3 cucumber wheels
- 1 jalapeno slice
- Place the cumber wheels, jalapeño and ginger syrup into a glass and muddle together.
- Fill the glass with ice and then add the Cachaca and lime juice. Stir briefly to combine and then serve immediately.
