Fresh sage leaves, pineapple juice, St. Germain and gin make this charming cocktail a unique and well-balanced drink.
Recipe first created and established by Bobby Huegel of Anvil Bar & Refuge in Houston, Texas.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Gin
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain
- 3-4 sage leaves plus 1 to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the sage leaf and then serve immediately.
