The Canadian Rouge Cocktail

This sweet blend of maple syrup, Cointreau, Grenadine, Campari and Bitters makes a diverse yet delicious blend of flavors.


  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 ounce Grenadine
  • 3 dashes Bitters
  • 1/4 ounce water
  • soda
  • lime twist to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish and the soda, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top the drink with the soda, garnish with the lime twist and serve immediately.
