Honey syrup, which is a simple syrup but with honey instead of sugar, is made with a simple 1:1 ratio with water. Make sure the honey is totally dissolved in the water before using.
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce honey syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Place the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Serve immediately.
