Chilled champagne is at its best when combined with gin, yellow Chartreuse, a dash of bitters and a sugar cube.
Ingredients
- Champagne, chilled
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1/8 ounce yellow Chartreuse
- a dash orange bitters
- Sugar Cube
Directions
- Place the sugar cube into a champagne flute and then add the yellow Chartreuse.
- Add the bitters, and then pour in the gin followed by the champagne; serve immediately.
