This cocktail is a Harry MacElhone classic with a taste that lives up to its maker’s high-standards and reputation. Enjoy its unique blend of grenadine, absinthe, calvados and gin.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon grenadine
2 dashes absinthe
2 ounces calvados
1 ounce gin

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
