Ingredients
- 1 handful Thai hot chile peppers
- 1 bottle (750-milliliter) white rum
Directions
- Place the rum and the chile pepper into a container. Seal the container tightly and then place in a cool and dry area for 4 days to allow the flavors to blend.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and store in an airtight bottle until ready to use.
