*Tip* Thai Chicken is especially delicious when topped with a Spicy Peanut Sauce.


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 cup milk


  1. Stir together Bisquick, curry powder, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Soak chicken in milk, then dip into Bisquick mix.
  3. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking pan that has been greased with melted butter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, turning chicken once after about 20 minutes.
