Slow cooked pork chops with green chiles and cheese.
- 4-5 butterfly pork chops
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chiles
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker. Add the soup and chiles. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
