Everything's bigger in Texas! Texas Sheet Cake will serve a hungry mess of cowboys.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
4 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup water

Directions

Mix together first 6 ingredients and set aside.
In a saucepan, bring to boil margarine, cocoa and water. Add boiled mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Pour into a large cookie sheet pan (12 by 17 by 3/4 inches). Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
