Texas Hot Cocoa Cake Frosting is great with added coconut.


  • 1 stick margarine
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped


  1. Bring the first three ingredients to a light boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar. Fold in walnuts.
  2. Add coconut if desired.
