Texas Hot Cocoa Cake is a chocolate lover's favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 stick margarine
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Add boiled mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into a sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
