Serve this Chili with a green salad and corn tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef round
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
Directions
- In a skillet brown the beef, onions and garlic.
- Drain the mixture.
- Stir together the tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a crock pot.
- Stir in the beef mixture.
- Add beans and corn.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
