Broiled beer shrimp dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds unshelled large raw shrimp, deheaded
- 2 (12 ounce) cans lite beer
- 2 tablespoons crab boil seasoning
- Pepper to taste.
Directions
- Combine the beer and seasonings in a large pot, bring to a boil. Stir in the shrimp. Cover. Return to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, and let stand for a few more minutes. Drain. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
