Garlic and oregano seasoned chicken breast dinner.


  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano


  1. Pound the chicken breasts until uniformly thick. Roll in the tomato juice, arrange in a foil lined pan,and sprinkle with the combined garlic and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
