Quick and tasty corn chowder.
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn
- 1(10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 2 green onions, chopped with tops
- Mix everything together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
